Apply for a Vest from the We Care Foundation

To be eligible for the protective vest drawing, please adhere to the following requirements:

Your department does not issue a vest to the officer or reimburse for the vest.
Submit a typed letter by the individual officer on department letterhead stating why he/she does not have and needs a vest.
Include the officer's home address.
The individual officer, as well as an executive of the agency must sign the letter.
One letter per applicant.
Mail letters, to be placed in the random drawing to:
